Any data you share by email, WhatsApp or through the initial questionnaire is processed solely to provide the contracted service and answer your enquiries. It is not shared with third parties except where legally required. Any health information you share (questionnaires, lab results, reports) is treated as a special category of data. It is handled confidentially, with your explicit consent, and only for as long as is strictly necessary to provide the service.
